Capabilities

The Email Campaign System leverages your investment in the Onyx Customer Relationship Management system by being able to broadcast email content to contacts stored in your Onyx database. The outgoing email utilizes the Onyx Campaign tab to store the milestone that a email was sent. Email jobs can either be sent immediately (useful for support hot-fix notifications) or scheduled on a batch basis. Content can be sent in either plain text or HTML format and can include attachments. The message body content features mail-merge with content from your database. 

When integrated with your web site, the Email Campaign System can track responses to hyperlinks specified in the email content. This enables you to close the loop for tracking responders. Custom business rules can be defined to re-direct the responder to tailored content on your web site. If you require the ability to send large volumes of email to your contact lists, the Email Campaign System is the ideal add-on product for your Onyx implementation.
