The XML Agent is for organizations that need a simple way to capture lead/customer information from their web site into Onyx without imposing transactional overhead to the web site visitor. By using a message queuing approach, the XML Agent delivers a customizable framework for integrating your existing web site with your back office CRM system. The XML Agent polls messages sent from your web site that are formatted in XML and captures the information into Onyx. Each tab within Onyx has a equivalent XML section defined.
